After many years of working in the construction industry, nothing frustrated us more than the customer care systems we used.
We tried process after process; from paper files, to emails and spreadsheets. All of them were time consuming, ineffective and painful.
In 2012 we decided to turn these negative experiences into a positive and began doing something about it. We started researching the existing enterprise software and found that it was difficult to implement, non user-friendly, expensive and lacked transparency.
In a nutshell, small to medium sized businesses couldn’t afford it and the bigger companies who could, didn’t like their current solutions as the software simply wasn’t easy to use or display.
So, looking at all of these problems we decided to come up with an easy solution. That’s when we began work on clixifix, a software application designed to help alleviate every single customer care problem we had encountered over the years.
One with one simple goal at its core; if there is a problem, let’s make it easy to solve it.
So we set about designing an application that would save time, save money and retain customers by keeping them happy.
A platform that all customer care issues could live on. One that was accessible by everyone who needed to be involved.
One that allowed collaboration in order to quickly and effectively provide a simple solution to the problem.
And today it’s here and already being used by businesses to save time, money and effort.
