We’ve changed a lot since we were founded in 2011. clixifix® is now one of the fastest-growing property & construction technology companies in the UK. Our award-winning defect and repair resolution software, reduces time spent on administration, delivers lower costs and higher customer satisfaction.
We’ve grown as a company, developed relationships with a huge number of clients across the UK and Europe, and added to our in-house team of construction software support experts and technical developers.
As we look to the future, we are aware that the housebuilding and construction sector will take on a new normal. This has given us the opportunity to review our business processes. The present working-from-home protocols have highlighted just how critical it is to facilitate collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the conversation on defects and repairs and handovers of new homes and projects.
As a team, we have changed our working practices and approach too, to ensure that our project teams always stay connected, engaged and continue to be productive. As part of this review, we have taken this opportunity to focus on revisions to our website.
The objective was to provide a website experience for our existing and new clients which was simple to navigate. A site which helped our visitors to understand more about who we are, what the platform can do for their business, what drives us, and contains comprehensive free advice and support and collateral on customer service and aftercare practices in the Construction and property sector.
The clixifix® resource feature is your one-stop shop for savvy aftercare tips, in-depth guides, defect management advice, customer care insights, free tools, time-saving templates and more.
Whilst we pride ourselves in our personal approach and visiting our clients on-site, the current COVID crisis has prevented this from happening. Instead, online training and webinars will replace on-site visits in the short term.
We aim to further develop our Knowledge base and resources section of our website whilst continuing to offer nothing but the highest standards of customer service to our clients, both existing and new.
