Our Head of Sales, Claire Henderson, visited Gentoo Homes today to introduce a selection of their sub-contractors to clixifix® Customer care care, simplified software.
As part of the wider Gentoo Group Limited, Gentoo Homes has over 15 years’ experience and expertise in property related activity ranging from regeneration and modernisation to new build schemes.
Gentoo Homes have recently implemented clixifix® software to manage the aftercare process for their new homes.
In order to ensure a smooth introduction to the software platform, Claire delivered a best practice session with the Gentoo Homes sub-contractors. This included learning how to accept nominations, comment on tickets, upload supporting documents (photos etc), accept tasks, submit inspection lists, and much more.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved today, and in particular the sub-contractors who were very positive and provided very valuable user feedback on the features and benefits of the platform from their perspective.
