Overall the feedback is very positive, especially that we can view information on the scheme on the system and can trace the job without waiting for someone to respond via e-mail or phone. At the moment we log the defects on our Open Housing system and generate a job ticket which then needs to be scanned and sent via e-mail but then the contractors needs to record it on their system so this centralised system is better.
